Making a payment

1. To display the Create Payment Arrangement page, click Payments > Make Payment.

   The Payment page typically displays the following rows, if supported by your utility company:

   • Billed Amount. The total amount billed on your most recent bill.
   • Account Balance. The entire balance due for the account, whether due now, overdue, or not yet due.  
   • Past Due. Only the amount that is already past due.
   • Other.

2. Click anywhere in the row whose amount you want to pay.

   If you clicked the Other row, enter the exact amount you want to pay in the "Enter Other Amount" field.

3. Click Submit.

The system takes you to the payment web site used by your utility company.
