To display the Preferences page, click Customer Profile > Preferences.
The preferences on this page are specific to the account selected on the Account List page. To change preferences for a different account, select it on that page.
You can use the Preferences page to change any of the following:
To update your contact method, click anywhere in the Contact Methods box, and then select the desired contact methods on the next page.
To receive bills electronically at your e-mail address, click anywhere in the Paperless bill box. The word "enrolled" will appear in this box after this option is chosen.
To change the Language in which the CWA system displays, click anywhere in the Language box, and then select the language from the list of languages displayed on the next page.
To update your employer, click anywhere in the Employer box, and then type the new employer on the next page.
To change your Security Question or answer to the question, click anywhere in the Security Question box, and then pick the question and type your answer on the next page.
To change your password, click anywhere in the Change Password box, and then enter your new password on the next page. You must enter it twice. The password is case sensitive, so remember the combination of upper and lower case characters you use.
After you finish updating all preferences, click Save.
