Viewing and maintaining account information

To display the Account Information page, click Accounts > Account information.

Content of this page

This page displays the following information about your account:

• Customer Name - Your name or company name, if the account is a business account.
• Premises Address - The address of the premises that receives the account's services.
• Mailing Address - Current Mailing address for the account.

• Primary Phone Number - The main phone number associated with the account.

• E-mail Addresses - A list of all email addresses associated with your account.

Changing information on this page

You can click anywhere any of these rows except Premises to access a page for changing the information in that row.
