This screen allows you to retrieve your username and/or reset your password online if you are unable to log into the City of Columbia's Customer Web Access (CWA). In order to use these features, you will need your account number as it appears on your most recent bill and have registered an email address with the City of Columbia. Usernames and temporary passwords will be sent to the email address on file for this account.
Please type your last name and account number exactly as it appears on your most recent monthly bill. Be sure to include all spacing and dashes (-).
NOTE: The forgot username and/or password features can only be used if you have registered a valid email address with the City of Columbia.
